Have made what is looking to be a poor decision back in January, namely to join Vodafone at Home. Chronology of events as follows:
21/01/10 order placed, with promise that order would be complete within 10 working days.
15/02/10 (nearly 4 weeks later) still no sign of a phone line/broadband, but Vodafone internal system stating that the line is up. Strange no one in Vodafone can tell me the landline number then.
Have called @ Home sales team every day since at least 02/02/10 but the message from sales is consistent. “We have had no response from the email we sent to the Order Ops team, sorry. They normally take 2 days to answer queries so why not try and call tomorrow”.
If there is anyone in Order Ops who can please can you tell me whats going on?
