Hi all,

We committed to regularly updating you on our progress on areas of concern raised by broadband customers on Vodafone View and in particular in relation to the upgrade program for exchanges

We continue to work with our supplier to investigate regional areas that are experiencing DSL speed reductions in the evening and to establish timeframes for improvements. The vast majority of customers are not experiencing speed reductions; but again, we appreciate the impact on those that are.
